The idea for DealRoom was born of an industry professional’s frustration with the available and rather clunky tools, as well as his love of innovation. Technology moves so fast in so many aspects of our lives, it felt silly to him to have such an outdated way to manage the world’s largest and most complicated transactions. DealRoom currently eliminates the need for multiple tools in M&A. This is achieved by incorporating the common ‘excel-diligence-tracker’ that most employ directly into the VDR component, letting you live-link documents directly to your “tracker” (or the project management aspect). Giving you actionable insight as to what diligence items are most important So that you can securely manage your transaction, and the communications around it all in one place. Our most recent modernization of the platform was the introduction of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into due diligence management to assist in suggesting relevant documents to resolve the request, as well as complete responses for duplicate requests.
