The SWK founders have 40 years of collective legal experience. We’ve also co-founded a FinTech start-up and worked in alternative investment sales. We’ve spent years on trading desks and exchange floors. We’ve worked in hedge fund back-offices and side-by-side with operational teams. We’ve structured global transactions in places like Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seoul, Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Brazil, and Nicaragua. We’ve received a patent from the USPTO. We’ve obtained approval for a Securities and Exchange Commission rule change that included extensive cooperation with leading U.S. options exchanges. And we’re certified by the City of Chicago as a women-owned business enterprise. We’re entrepreneurs and love to work with growing businesses, and are not afraid to provide practical advice or help analyze business risk. We provide a comprehensive, customized, and high-touch legal solution at reasonable rates. We offer flexible, alternative billing structures.
